Here at Awf Magazine, we fully acknowledge that none of our two or three LGBTQ+ civil rights gains would have been possible without straight people in the picture. In the same way that an airplane needs air traffic controllers and gravity, straight people have always been present in our effort to soar!
That’s why Awf Magazine is elated to see the city of Boston approve the first ever Straight Pride parade happening August 31st. This will help to finally increase the visibility of our straight counterparts.
To show solidarity, we will be making a whole month of it! Stay tuned as we share special, Straight Pride Month stories to celebrate the otherwise erased history and rich culture of straight folx!
